Returning Merchandise

Please notify customer service within 30 days of the date of your order in the event you wish to make a return. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

RackVax, LLC will cover the return shipping if the product is defective or the return is a result of an error on our part. If the item is returned for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping amount. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

Items must be returned in new condition, inside their original packaging with all original included materials. A restocking fee may be assessed for items which have been opened and/or show signs of wear. In extreme cases where there is an unreasonable amount of wear or missing items, a return may be rejected. Claims for damaged/missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Contact customer service to obtain an RMA number and return shipping address.

You will be credited in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of our receiving the returned item for authorized returns.

Defective Returns

If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact customer service for assistance.

Damaged Returns

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage,  please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact customer service immediately.

If you receive damaged merchandise, please save all packaging material and paperwork—do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

You may cancel your order, as long as it has not yet been shipped, by contacting customer service.
